  • Face the camera so we can see your pet's features.
  • Avoid heavy filters or very dark photos.
  • The higher the resolution, the more detail in your patch.

Made by one person, and one dog

I'm Dennis. That's Ragnar, and he's the reason this exists. I made his first, put it on a hat, and haven't stopped since.

I create every portrait myself, print and press every patch, stitch each one onto the cap by hand, and pack every box at my kitchen table in Paphos.

If your hat arrives faulty or doesn't match the design you approved, tell me and I'll remake it. No forms, no argument.

Questions people ask

How does it work after I order?

Within two business days you will receive three design versions of your pet by email. Pick your favourite, or tell me what to change. Revisions are unlimited, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

What kind of photo should I send?

A clear, well-lit photo where I can see your pet's face. Natural daylight works best. The better the photo, the more detail I can capture in the patch.

What if I don't like any of the designs?

Tell me. Revisions are unlimited and I genuinely mean that. We keep going until you are happy. If after three rounds it still isn't right, I'll refund you in full rather than keep you waiting.

How is the patch made and attached?

I create a custom portrait of your pet from the photo you send. The finished patch is heat pressed onto the front panel and then hand-stitched around the edge, so it stays put through normal wear.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

Free. Tracked shipping is included on every order across Cyprus and the European Union. Your hat is dispatched within two business days of design approval, and delivery typically takes 8 to 12 business days with a tracking number by email.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Up until the moment you approve a design you can cancel for any reason and I will refund you in full, including delivery. Nothing is made until you say yes. Just email me.

What if my hat arrives damaged or faulty?

Email hello@snoutandbrim.com with a photo of the issue and I will remake it or refund you in full, at no cost to you. Telling me within 7 days helps me claim against the carrier, but your statutory rights last for two years.
