The hat

What hat do you use?
A premium Beechfield B640 trucker hat with a foam front and breathable mesh back. One size fits most adults, with an adjustable snapback. Available in Light Grey, Bottle Green, Pastel Pink and Black.

Can I put more than one pet on the patch?
Yes. The base price of €59 includes one pet, and each extra pet is €10. Choose the number of pets on the order form and upload a photo of each one. We confirm the extra cost with you when we send your designs.

Can I add my pet's name?
Yes, there is a field for it on the order form. Leave it blank if you prefer the patch without a name.

The process

How does it work after I order?
Within two business days you will receive three hand-drawn design versions of your pet by email. Pick your favourite, or tell us what to change. We offer unlimited revisions, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

What kind of photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit photo where we can see your pet's face. Natural daylight works best. The better the photo, the more detail we can capture in the patch.

What if I do not like any of the designs?
Tell us. Revisions are unlimited and we genuinely mean that. We keep going until you are happy.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping across Europe is €6.90, and free on orders over €99. We ship from Cyprus.

How long does delivery take?
Your hat is dispatched within two business days of your design approval. Delivery across Europe typically takes 8 to 12 business days, and you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns

Can I return my hat?
Because every hat is custom made to a design you approved, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has started. That is exactly why we use the approval process: nothing is made until you have signed off on the design.

What if my hat arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue and we will replace it at no cost to you.
