Terms of service
TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms govern your purchase from snoutandbrim.com. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Cypriot law.
WHO WE ARE
Snout & Brim, operated by Dennis Broberg, sole trader. Georgiou Karaiskaki 29, Tsada 8540, Paphos, Cyprus. Not VAT registered. Email hello@snoutandbrim.com.
HOW A CONTRACT IS FORMED
You order and pay. We send an acknowledgement, which confirms receipt but does not conclude the contract. We then email you three design versions. The contract is concluded when you approve a design, and we begin production at that point. Before that you may cancel for a full refund. We may decline an order before production begins, for example if we cannot work with your photograph, and will refund you in full.
PRICES
Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. If a price is shown incorrectly due to an obvious error, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each hat is made by hand, so minor variation in patch placement and finish is normal and not a defect. The portrait is an interpretation of your photograph, not an exact copy, and the result depends heavily on the photo you send. Screen colours may differ slightly from the finished item. You approve the design before anything is made.
YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS
By uploading a photo you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that it contains nothing unlawful. You grant us a licence to use and adapt it solely to produce your order. We will not use your photo or design publicly without asking you first.
DELIVERY AND REFUNDS
Covered by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
LIABILITY
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for your statutory consumer rights. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
YOUR DATA
Processed in line with the GDPR and Cypriot data protection law. See our Privacy Policy.
GOVERNING LAW
The law of the Republic of Cyprus. As an EU consumer you keep the mandatory protections of your own country and may bring proceedings there.
