Every hat is made to order in Paphos, Cyprus and shipped tracked across Europe.

- Dispatched within 2 business days of your design approval
- Delivery typically takes 8 to 12 business days
- You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your hat ships
Returns and refunds
Each Snout & Brim hat is a one-of-a-kind piece, made to a design you personally approved. For that reason we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
Before anything is printed, you receive three design versions and unlimited revisions. Production only starts with your explicit approval, so the hat that arrives is exactly the one you signed off.
Damaged or faulty items
If your hat arrives damaged or with a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@snoutandbrim.com with a photo of the issue. We will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
